The Tracy Anderson Myth, Part 2 and Ouch! Plantar Fascitis

Now I am better with Plantar Fascitis. Sadly it took over my life and wasn't a pleasant experience. I could not walk far distances, but now I am building back up to it. (I haven't mentioned that Plantar Fascitis is a foot condition of the plantar fascia connective tissues between the bottom of the foot to the heel are inflamed and pained from pounding and too much stress or activity. It's an ongoing condition, but there are alleviations with foot inserts, good shoes, nighttime orthotics (braces for the foot for bedtime that give a light, gentle stretch to the foot), and icing, and pain relievers--what I avoid. But good shoes and foot inserts and rest are a must! Not too much rest though)

Tracy Anderson Method is a challenge! Definitely not something to do if you are pregnant or want injuries. Now back to walking and swimming! And eating light and eating fruit for desserts instead of creme brullee.
